In case of submission of a complaint or other claim, your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary to investigate the legitimacy of the complaint, provide an appropriate response as well as for the period of possible liability provided by law related to the complaint.

The person to whom personal data refers (i.e. the data subject) has the right to request from the Company access to his personal data, its correction, deletion or limitation of processing as well as to data transfer and withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data.
